I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Developmental Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, an M.A. in Human Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship can help you manage stress, regain your ability to find fulfillment in daily life, and strengthen your sense of self. I value humor, kindness, and warmth in creating an accepting and nonjudgmental environment for each client.
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that I draw from different orientations and tailor my approach to best fit clients' needs. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as more traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition, I use psychodynamic and narrative approaches in my work with clients.
Please note that I participate with PSYPACT and am therefore able to provide telehealth services to residents of Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
I am proudly LGBTQ+ affirming, racial justice allied, and sex and body positive.
